Yes, it is an eligible expense. I would suggest it would be wise to have your eyes examined before the plan year begins to make sure you are a candidate for Lasik Eye Surgery. Otherwise, if you base your annual contribution on having the surgery, then find out you can’t have it, you may lose money in the Health FSA as FSA funds are use-it-or-lose-it.
